Praise Report for Firestone I would like to commend the team, especially D, my technician, at Firestone for providing an outstanding customer service experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel like a valued customer. My vehicle was serviced much faster than I expected, and the entire process was efficient and well organized. What impressed me most was the time the technician and service advisor took to fully explain the situation with my car. They clearly described what they found, what repairs were needed, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured. Thank you to the entire Firestone team for your exceptional customer service, quick turnaround time, and commitment to keeping your customers informed. Experiences like this are why I will gladly return for future service and confidently recommend Firestone to my family and friends.

So thankful for Eric Robert and Dee for being very helpful with me having a flat tire at the end of day. After being turned down at other small businesses by people I know who were loitering outside of their business telling me to go to Firestone. I chose to try and go to a person who dealt with tires since I stayed out of state and was traveling home today it felt to be met with such kind hearted hard working men who actually value people. And my instincts were right there was indeed a screw in my tire. Thanks guys chilvary is not dead‼️

I can only say how grateful I am for the wonderful staff at your Hwy 80 location in Jackson. The customer service was absolutely immaculate! Ms. Brittany welcomed me into the service center with such patience, kindness, and professionalism. I was overwhelmed with several issues regarding my vehicle, and she made the entire process clear, easy, and stress-free by helping me understand exactly what needed to be serviced. I can only imagine how many customers have the opportunity to experience the exceptional customer service she provides daily, but I know your company must be extremely proud to have such a dedicated and motivated employee on your team. And Mr. Joe, I must say, is the #1 reason I came in! He answered the phone before I arrived at Firestone, assured me that everything I needed was in stock, and even provided me with a quote within seconds. His professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help immediately gave me confidence in choosing your location. Together, Ms. Brittany and Mr. Joe truly make this location shine brightly. Their outstanding customer service, positive attitudes, and commitment to helping customers deserve to be recognized. A Raise or Promotion shoul
